The end of the grater is non-slip grip and the other end has a handle that provides a firm and comfortable grip when it is in use.

The 18/10 stainless steel blade features surface glide technology with grooves along the length of the grater, this reduces resistance for a smoother motion across the blades.

The fine rasp grater is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning but we recommend hand washing to prolong the life of the blades.
